Star studded singer, Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe popularly known as Ayra Starr has recounted on her days of small beginning in the music industry.
In a tweet, the singer expressed her surprise at how far she has come in the music industry in the last two years.
Her hit song ‘Rush’ hit 94 million views on YouTube. She thus took to her social media page and expressed her excitement.
She stated that she is expecting that ‘Rush’ will hit 100 million views on YouTube.
She added that she has progressed in her music career in the last two years, this is because two years ago she was just a small girl from Agbado Ijaiye.
Her words,
“I really don’t even know what I’m gonna do when rush hits a 100mill on YouTube,” Do I cry, do I jump?? God, 2 years ago, I was just a small girl from Agbado Ijaiye.”
From a young girl who hails from Agbado Ijaiye to an internationally recognized music star is a remarkable success for her.
